Meet Luke
I work with founders and leaders who are building something that matters and want to build it wisely.As a Spiritual Director, I help people make sense of what is happening beneath the surface of their work, leadership, and life – at the level of meaning. Much of my work happens in that space just before things become clear: where the right questions matter, and where aligned decisions create traction and impact.I’ve spent much of my working life alongside founders, leaders, and couples as they navigate responsibility, change, relationships, and purpose. Again and again, I find that the deepest work is rarely about adding more, but about bringing attention, alignment, and spiritual awareness to what is already present.Today my work centres on spiritual direction, discernment, leadership, and formation. I tend to work with people who are highly capable and committed, but carrying more than their current structures, habits, or assumptions can sustain.People often describe me as perceptive, encouraging, and spiritually practical. I care about decisions that can be lived with over time, not just ones that look good in the moment.Having lived and worked across multiple cultures, I’ve grown wary of simple answers. I’ve learned that clarity often comes through embracing tension, when the right questions are given enough space.If you’re building something that matters and want to do so with greater intention, clarity, and discernment, I’d be glad to have the conversation.
